Servelo integrates with Google services (including Google Calendar and Google Sign-In) to provide features you authorize. With respect to data received from these integrations:
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, Servelo's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to: providing and improving the features you explicitly authorized, operating and maintaining the service, complying with applicable law, and as permitted by Google's user data policies. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, do not allow humans to read your Google data except with your explicit consent or as required by law, and do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the authorized features or as required by law.
Servelo is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
We retain Customer Content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, Customer Content is retained for up to 30 days so you can reactivate, then deleted from active systems. Backups may persist for up to 90 days before rotation. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected account owners of any confirmed breach involving their information, as required by applicable law.

Account owners can exercise many of these rights directly from their account. For additional requests, contact privacy@serveloapp.com.
If you are an end-customer whose data was entered into Servelo by one of our account holders (for example, your IT service provider uses Servelo to track their clients), your relationship is with that account holder as the data controller. Please direct access, correction, or deletion requests to them first. We will assist our account holders in responding to such requests.
Servelo uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent parts of the service from working.
Servelo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
