Is this a full RMM?

No. Servelo is the ticketing, client, asset, and billing side of the business. Keep your RMM for monitoring and patching. If you need a PSA with deep RMM integrations, a larger platform may suit you better.

What does it cost?

Starter is $29 a month for up to 3 users, Pro is $59 for up to 10 users, and Business is $99 for unlimited users. The price is per tenant, not per user.

How do my clients pay?

Connect Square for card payments and every invoice gets a checkout link that marks the invoice paid when the charge clears. You can also add PayPal and Venmo links to invoice emails.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Servelo runs in your phone's browser and can be installed to your home screen, so you can open a job, add notes and photos, and send an invoice from the driveway.
